The project request form

Your answers are kept in the current page’s memory while you prepare your brief. This site does not save those answers to browser storage or automatically send them to a server. Reloading or leaving the page can discard the draft. The generated reference identifies your prepared brief; it is not proof of receipt.

When you choose to share

The review screen lets you open WhatsApp or your email application with the prepared brief. Opening those links passes the selected brief to that service or application. You then need to send the message there. You can also download a text copy without opening either service.

WhatsApp and your email provider process messages under their own terms and privacy policies and may store them outside Lesotho. If you prefer, call us on +266 6386 0393.

How we use enquiries

We use the details you send to respond, prepare a quotation and, if engaged, deliver and support your project. We do not sell your information or use it for unsolicited marketing.

Retention and requests

Our stated retention policy is to delete enquiries that do not become projects within twelve months and retain delivered-project records for seven years. You can contact us to ask about information we hold, request corrections or deletion, or raise a concern. Any applicable recordkeeping obligations will be considered when responding.

Links to client websites and demos

Portfolio links open separate websites with their own functionality and data practices. The Clan Operations Suite is a local-browser demonstration; avoid entering sensitive guest information in a public demonstration.

Animation controls

The site respects your device’s reduced-motion preference. The animation control changes motion for the current page session only; it does not set a cookie or save a preference.
