THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE WORK

We know what happens
after you press “go”.

Our roots are in live broadcast and network infrastructure—environments where a system has to do more than look convincing. It has to help people get the job done.

That experience shapes how we build websites and business tools: understand the workflow, design it clearly, document the result and plan for what comes next.

We work with radio stations, foundations, guest houses, schools and businesses. We speak English and Sesotho, and explain the technical choices in terms you can use.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we
get started.

Who owns the finished work?+

Ownership and licences are defined in the written agreement. On final payment, the work created for you is handed over with the agreed documentation. Domains, hosting and third-party accounts are registered in your organisation’s name.

Do you work outside Maseru?+

Yes. We work with organisations across Lesotho. Remote collaboration and any required site visits are planned and costed in the proposal.

How soon can a project start?+

Typically within one to two weeks of a signed proposal and deposit, depending on availability and scope. Tell us if your project is urgent.

How do payments work?+

A deposit to begin, a payment at an agreed milestone and the balance on handover. The actual schedule is written into your proposal.

Can you improve an existing system?+

Often, yes. We first review what exists, what works and what needs to change. Then we recommend whether to extend it or rebuild.

What happens after launch?+

Your proposal sets out the included support. Ongoing maintenance can then be arranged through a retainer or agreed call-outs. Response expectations are defined with you.
